Can I get abortion done if boy is harassing me

Sir I have a cusin sister. She lived with a boy since 5-6monthd .They tried to resiter their marrige.But ther were not appear for the last step of regidtration. After some months she got pregnant. Now she decided to separate from him because of mental torchuring from him and his family. Now she is planning to abotrion.But he thretaning her gave complaint aganist abortion. Please give an adivise about have any problem about doing abortion

abortion with consnet of lady and witrhout the consent of the lady are both sessions offence under section 312 and 313 indian penal code . medical termination is permissible only to save mother's life and for victims of rape .

Medical termination of Pregnancy is (MTP) is permissible in India. So your cousin sister can terminate the pregnancy from a recognized hospital after complying its formalities. Nobody can prevent it. Only when the MTP done without the consent of the woman it will be punishable under section 313 IPC.
