can i get a Government Job if i am penalized under IPC?

I was caught by local sub inspector for not following 1 way in our town and he charged me under Section 279 IPC and told me that i have to go court and pay some penalty. Sir if this happens can i get government jobs India.
Please do not worry. Just go to the court and pay the fine maximum up to 1000 INR. It will effect any of your Government service application.
