See if the case is fake then first of all go for bail and go for fair trial and prove that all cases are fake... If you will also file fake case, it will be an offence. If you will prove that all cases are fake... It will go against them. And another method is out of court settlement.

Filing a complaint based on incorrect, misleading or made up facts is itself punishable under IPC. Further, such a complaint may cause the police to investigate a case and if the investigation does not reveal any credible material to go ahead with the case, the police will file a closure report with the magistrate and close the case by releasing the accused, if arrested on the basis of the false complaint.

Further, the victim of a false complaint (after the case against him has been closed by a the police or by the court) can proceed against the person who filed the false complaint in a civil court in a suit of malicious prosecution and ask for compensation for loss suffered in terms of mental anxiety and harm to reputation.

There are enough legal remedies for a situation such as that presented in the present case. Under no circumstances is a person advised to himself commit an offence in order to seek revenge from the other.
