Can I file criminal complaint against black magic in Haryana

My grand father Ram chand papneja from state: haryana, ne meri mother Neelam se black magic karvaya so that uske children ki shaadi and unke hone vale bachhe sukhe rahe. Ram chand Has 3 sons and 2 daughter. usne apne elder son ki bahu, Neelam se black magic karvaya, Neelam husband Subhash ke Haan kahne par but he is in support of his father and her brothers. Ram chand attemoted to Murder Neelam and her four children by this magic thing. Can i file a criminal case? there is law related to black magic in haryana

Law does not consider and believes in these paranormal activities, so file a complaint under 498 a IPC ( Cruelity by husband and his family members) and catch all the activities audio/video to make the proves, and ask your mother to file divorce against her husband.
