Can I file complaint against person who filed false case against me

My sister in law had made a false complain against me in police station in the month of September and this is march month can i file a case against her as i am mentally disturbed as it has hurt my carecter or is it too lTe
First you have to file application for discharge and thereafter u can if successful file petition of complaint against your sister-in-law that she had intentionally filed false case against you to harras you .

Yes you can file case against your sister-in-law. But as you said she has filed in the month of september against you, it cannot be said as late, but you should have filed counter complaint against her at the same time as it would have helped you in future. for more advice call on my number.

No it's not late you may at an earlier file complaint for defamation malicious prosecution and for giving false complaint before the concerned police station if police fails to take cognisance then you may file a private criminal case before courts of law against said person
