Can i file cheating case on companies who cheated me

I am digital marketing person bound to give leads to real estate client on commission basis,but from 6 months many people cheating me,even they get business.with trust i do not made any agreement ,but i have all email records,phone chat,message ,can i file case,at least in future no one should not be cheated

you can file a summary suit under order 37 CPC for recovery of monies from your clients.
email records and phone chats are sufficient enough in absence of contract.
however you should have raised demand notes/ invoices on your clients to claim your monies
