Can I file a case against my girlfriend if I am cheated by her

can i punish my gf as she had given commitment to marry me but now neither she nor her family are willing for this marriage,she also had partially physical relation with me and had also share her porn pics of her by her willing.so now i want her in my life and if she denies i want case a file against her in court,can i file a case please tell me.she is brahmin and myself is khandayat.
No there is no law in India where you can implicate any offence against your ex. She promised you but this does not mean that she wants. You cannot pursue the matter in any court of law against this. But a bill is pending which will help the males in future for such acts done by female
