Can i file a case against my girlfriend for cheating ?

Hi, This is . I got into a relationship with a girl 6 months ago. She was not happy in her existing relationship and started getting feelings for me. I too fell in love and she promised we are going to get married soon. But from last 2 months she again went back to the old relationship and kept me in lies. Later I found that that I'm not the only victim, she did the same thing many others before. So, I want to put a case against her so I can give her a lesson by exposing her character to her family, how to file a case against cheating girlfriend ?, without getting trapped in false charges which she can put later on.

Hi… Yes, you can file a case against her for cheating, but before that, you must have all the necessary proof or documents to support your case. If you have sufficient evidence, you can file a private complaint against her. Thank you.
