Can I file 156(3) application against occurrence report ?

When a police officer endorses on occurrence report that no investigation is neeed I.e clause (b) to proviso of clause (1) sec 157, nnCan 156(3) application be filed?

yes application can be file under section 156 3 of the IPC if police refuse to register FIR give complaint to SHO and af DCP concern if police still refuse to register FIR then you can file 156(3) application before the magistrate
