One of friend living in usa editing my family photos in very bad manner and posting it on Instagram but he lives in usa so can i do something

what kind of photographs of your family is he posting on instagram and for what reasons. is there anything going on between you and him. did you gave him the permission to have the photos of your family or is he doung it own your own.

First of all rather than going legally you should serve him/her a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either stop all these harassments and remove all these contents from Instagram or face legal action which will be at your own risk. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Firstly you can file a FIR in your nearest police station. Secondly you can file a complaint in the embassy of the USA against the person. Thirdly you can file a case against the photos in the cyber crime unit

You can hire an advocate who can draft a police complaint n send it to cyber cell, US embassy and to the local police station in us if u know his addresses etc Kindly b in touch to understand the same n proceed further Thanks
