05-Aug-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Hello sir, I have been arrested for 2 cases U/s 420,120 B,419 of IPC and 66 D of it act on January 2018. I was studying 2nd year Bsc honours at the university of Glasgow , United Kingdom and I came to India during my first semester holidays and I was arrested . Due to this, i was unable to continue my studies and my visa was cancelled for not attending uni. However, I have planned on continuing with my studies in the same uni but I’m worried if I’m at liberty to pursue my studies since the case is pending trial. Could you please advise me on this matter .

A criminal original petition case shall be filed before the High Court to conclude the trial. Only after concluding the pending trials you can continue your studies. The person has not mentioned what type of criminal charge
