Can I change advocate without noc

Advocate filed for quashing and 2 hearings held court sent notice to wife but she refused and in fir also oral evidence given and court gave stay order till June and my advocate is not working upto mark as hearing was on 10 june till now next date not taken when I asked him he is keeping postponing saying i will update when I asked noc he is saying to pay remaining fee I said no proper response given till date and i kept on messaging but didn't reply now saying he is not available for 20 days
