Hi, As per your question, It seems that your wife wants to come back and you want to take her back but you are afraid of getting false cases against you by her in future. Dear queriest responsible for her death is not addresaable and hence it cannot be put forward. However, you can mold it to the statement to the effect thay wife will not cause and undue harrasment towards in laws
