Hi, As per your question, It seems that your wife wants to come back and you want to take her back but you are afraid of getting false cases against you by her in future. And before taking her back, all you want to do something to protect yourself from false cases by wife in future and her suicide threats etc. For your kind information, Your wife may file 498 a or other cases against you even after written assurance in mediation center. However, You could opt some legal strategies to avoid further problems from her. First of all, You need to decide whether you really want to take her back or not as She already filed fake 498a case against you. If you want to give her another chance, then it must be done with proper caution as there is big risk involved in it. After entering in your house, She could put another allegations on you or do something to trouble you again. There are lots of another possibilities which could land you in trouble again. So be aware of that. But if you really want to give her another chance beside knowing these risks, We could do something to detect her intentions before taking her back. So request you to consult us personally for further discussion. Thanks!
