Can i approach High Court if life sentence given by Session Court

My brother and hiswife sentenced in case of my brother s brother in laws wife s murder now session judge give them life sentence before ten days now how many days we can file bale in high court ? They are in jail.
Firstly file appeal against the judgement when appeal get admitted then after few months file application for suspension of sentence and required full file along with evidence and along with judgement as well

Dear Sir, the high courts are superior to sessions court and therefore appeals are to be filed before high court against the sessions court order. since the life sentence has been given by Sessions court, i shall recomend to consult with your high court lawyer whom you think of engaging in the case.
