Can FIR be quash in case of 323 324 506 504?

Hi, complainant has filed FIR saying 80% fake things, only real thing in fir is that someone hit him in self defence. Question is, a FIR mixed of truth n lies can be quashed or it should be having only 100% fake things

The FIR can be quashed based on the charges levelled and allegations against you. careful scrutiny of the FIR and allegations is required to find the loop holes in order to quash the FIR before the Court

More the ratio of false things mentioned in the FIR, more the chances to get it quashed. Even the true fact of hitting the complainant in self defence is not an offence but is an exception in the Indian Penal Code. You should definitely go for quashing before the High Court. You may approach me for the same, to see the FIR and if chargesheet has been filed.
