Can criminal section in FIR can be update after Medical report

If the FIR filed with some criminal sections just after the clash between two parties, can sections in FIR can be updated after medical report of injury?

No, once the FIR is filed, it is filed. Police can let the Judge to impose more sections against an accused after they file the Chargesheet in Court within 90 Days of the arrest of an accused person. Certainly, submission of Medical Report Injury can prompt Judge on Suo Moto basis to impose more stringent sections or direct the Police to do so while filing of Chargesheet or Supplementary Chargesheet.

YES, the police officer or the investigating officer can add or alter the sections after arrival of the medical reports or at any other stage before filing of chargesheet.
But he should take the supplementry statement of the complainant and as well as witnesses in order to strengthen the case after receiving medical reports and after addition of charges.

the FIR will not be modified in this case as it is the first hand information.
however after the FIR if the medical conditions are different than of the FIR then investigating officer will mention that in the investigation report which is to be filled before the court according to which court will frame the charges
