Can criminal case be filed if consumer case has already been filed

I have already file a case in Consumer Court for deficiency in service. Now can I file a criminal case for collected higher fare by altering the original Flight Tickets?
Hi... yes you can file a criminal case also but some time court will ask you to first finish the consumer case and come afterwards coz u r case is in the nature of breach in contract. If possible you try to register the case in police station.
