Can cognizance be taken on the basis of the interim charge sheet? Where investigation is going on some points?
Dear Client,Yes Court may take, this is depending on the nature of case, and gravity of sections in the FIR. Final report is submitted on concluding investigation by police, whereas if court observes that basic nature of crime or offence would not much vary, then in that conditions by the plea of prosecution can take cognisance.
