Can any complainant (police personnel) himself investigate the case?

Can any police personnel who himself is the complainant of an FIR U/S 332,353,224 of IPC, be the investigation officer of the same case? isn't it the violation of law and natural justice? And if it's a violation of law, what legal action can be taken against the said police officer?
file a criminal writ in High Court against this case and you can change the investigation from the High Court this is wrong investigation same policeman cannot be investigate the case who already already involved in this case so please file criminal writ in High Court investigation also contact me Prashant Kumar advocate Jaipur High Court .
