Can an FIR be quashed in the High Court

In IPC 420 case only one complainant has received money on behalf of 5 others who are abroad.case was that they deposited money in my friends account is 7000 each for nursing recruitment.but they didn't get job.now after settlement fir quashing npetition has been filed in high court. How to get other people's affidavit???what's the solution for quashing fir???

You will have to get the affidavit from those persons to file the case to quash the fir. There is no other way unless u get the affidavit. If the cases are different then the petition for quashing also should be filed separately.
