Can amendment be done after 2 years in an existing FIR

Exisiting FIR is of 2022 where in as usual false allegations were posted on me. Anyhow on all the above allegations a regular bail was obtained from Allahabad High Court. Now getting perturbed on nothing happening the lady has thru counsel appealed for amendment in same FIR with false allegation that I consumed narcotic substance and offered her too. Is it viable to do so after 2 years.
don't worry about false allegations, it is the abuse of the process of law and just a waste of the time of court .
