Can accident by bike already sold be charged on the original owner

I SOLD A BIKE TO SOMEONE. AN ACCIDENT TOOK PLACE JUST AFTER IT CAN I GET SUED FOR IT? IF YES WHAT CAN BE THE WORST CASE SENARIO?

If the ownership has not been transferred in that case the previous owner shall be held liable for compensate the victim injured/dead means if you are still the owner then liability will fall upon you on the other hand if the bike is fully insured then insurance company will be liable

It is not clear whether the ownership was transfered or not. If bike was not registers in the name of purchaser and it was registered in your name even after the selling, you can be sued under. Worst thing may be that u have to pay the claim and also be convicted under criminal liabilities.
