Can a Saudi Arabian citizen file a financialcase against an indain ?

Hi sir/madam, I here for clearing my one of the doubts about law, can anyone help me ? My doubt is that “ can a saudi arabian citizen file a financial fraud or money theft case against a indian citizen ? He was my employ in saudi Arabia now he is living in india, i found a financial problems after 6 months when he leve my country , so i contact him to clear my balance amount but he not responds , so how can i file a case against him in india? I have few friends in india,also. Please advice me is that possible file a case in this matter against a indian ? If possible how i recover my balance from him ? Howmuch he wil get punishmant ?

All the financial transactions and irregularities happened in Saudi Arabia and therefore you have to file the case in Saudi Arabia. Once you get an order from the Saudi Arabian court you can execute it in India through the Indian court. You can file both civil case for recovery of money and criminal case for punishment as per the laws of your country. If there's any transaction that happened in India then you can file a case in India.

Hi, yes he can be prosecuted in India. It needs Government of India's sanction to proceed further. If proven guilty, depending on the nature of crime he will be punished.
