If any column is there of any criminal case against you pending then no requirement but if it is written that any criminal case then you have to mention otherwise it may effect your service in future.

It is in no way going to affect your right of employment. However,it is in your interest to disclose full and complete facts of the case if it has been asked at the time of joining the service. Because the gravity of the case and fine is not so severe but if you failed to disclose the details of the case on asking, it may tentamount to concealment of vital information and that may have serious consequences.

Iff compromise or settlement is done in between u both the parties in front of court or copy of satllement is taken on record by the court or u both were signed in the court then then no case is pending against you because by the way of compromise oppsit party taken back all the allegation which were made against you so your case is now closed or disposeoff but u attach the copy of order of court
