Can a person represent his own mother under specific power of attorney

Chargesheet was filed against my mother at Magistrate court u/s. 420, 468, 471 IPC. We r planning to file Discharge appl. on next date. Can I appear and argue before court on behalf of my mother with the Specific Power of Attorney. Experts Plz advice.

Experts do not come for free my friend. And if its free then definitely it's not an expert solution as well. Hence kindly look into your mail and act accordingly. So solutions work out practically for you and economically for me.

as per my knowledge if any person disable for arranged lawyer the legal aid may be available or he may conduct matter in person but no one can appeared on behalf of others by any means
the Advocate alon has power to appearon behalf of others by filing Vakilpatra The Advocates Act empowered the Advocate to do so

You better consult an Advocate so that it will be simple to you to get out of this issue. Since it is a Criminal Case you the Court itself may say to appoint an advocate for you. You may not argue in her behalf.
