Can A Person On Bail File Any FIR Or Not?

I have filed fir against my wife u/s 308,506. Now she is on bail from HC. Being on bail, can she file any fir against me? ,Like dowry/DV etc??
Hi,
Yes she can file various cases against you or any other person.
Law cannot bar her from filling any case only on the basis that you have filled a case against her, though it might be counter blast to the Complaint filled by you.

yes she can file such cases against you. so to be on the safer side, you can apply for an anticipatory bail. also you can make a diary at the local PS that your wife may be filing such false frivolous vexatious case against you .
