Dear Client,
Whether your relative has done that fraud or not is the matter of trial. At the stage of trial, you will have an ample opportunity to prove your innocence. However, at present the most important thing which is to be done is move a regular bail application in the respective court of law. If the opposite parties are ready to compromise, then it will be helpfull in getting bail.
