Can a minor marry another minor

i'm loving a girl.we want to marry now.she is 16 year old and me 19 years old.according to indian penal code is it a possible?if it's not a possible matter,now what i'm doing.because this marriage is very important to us.because her family specially her mother's is so torturing with her.
I am sorry to say marriage between minors are not permissible under Law in India. I suggest both of you to concentrate in your studies, establish yourselves in the society and wait for the right time to come. God bless.

Hello dear,
our law does not allow us to marry at this age.. As per law min.21 years for boys and 18 yrs for girls is the criteria. I personally think that you both should concentrate on your studies now and later inform your parents and then go ahead with their blessings.

as per the laws of the country is concerned a man has to be 21 years old and above and the girl has to be 18 years and above to get married legally otherwise such marriage will be null and void in the eyes of the law.
