Saza agr jail sentence ki hogi aur jail jaoge to service se dismiss kr denge. Appeal me agr saza pr suspension jldi mil jata he aur ap apne department ko bta dete ho ki suspension ho gya he to service bach sakti he.

Yadi aapko saja Ho jaati hai to aapko government job se dismiss kiya ja sakta hai. Appeal ke dauran aap dismissal par stay la sakte hai, lekin Puri tarah se aap tabhi Bach paenge jab aapko appeal me acquittal mil jaae.
