Can a husband file humiliation case against his wife

Dear sir, yesterday fight between wife & husband,So wife is bite to Husband on his hand & attack the mobile phone on head of husband,Husband have marked of injuries on Body.But now she is blame on husband that he had attack on her without any mark on her body.So if she is file FIR against husband so what to do nu husband for his safety . can he file Humiliation case with proof of marked injuries to body.?
Go to the police station and file complaint against your wife and go to the civil hospital and take injuries marked on your body certificate which will useful for further judicial proceedings for claim or escaping.
