Can a fourteen years old daughter claim for maintenace from mother

In 2016 my wife filled complaint against me after 14 years of marriage ,But for family I bow down and did compromise in mediation.but in 2018 she again went to her mother house without any reason.i have 14 years old daughter in my custody .i wife use to follow a tantrik and use to add some un wanted things in my food ,intentions are best known to her .now after 6 months when she left again she threating me again to file all fake cases against me.but this time my daughter is in my favour and witness to all .my question 1 will consent of my daughter is seen in granting custody 2 as my wife is government servant and drawing 70000 as salary ,is she entitled for any maintiance 3 can my daughter file maintiance from my wife?
Yes,she can file maintenance claim petition before appropriate court of law. If both are earner then it is the responsibility of both to pay maintenance proportionally to her.she can file petition through you.

Aa far as your questions are concerned- 1) Yes consent of your daughter will be considered while deciding to whom custody has to be given. 2) Yes your wife may claim maintenance from you even if she is in government service and earning well. 3) Your daughter can't ask for maintenance separately until all her expenses are being paid by the biological parents.
