Kya domestic violence ka case one state to another state transfer ho sakta haa kya?
Yes! It’s possible. An application for transfer shall be filed in the Supreme Court. I’m already ceased of a similar case for its transfer from Delhi to Punjab. You’ve to inform what’s the present status of your case.

yes you can transfer the case with the permission of Supreme Court if you reside in different state, but if you reside in another city but in same state then you can move a transfer petition application in High Court of your state.
