I have sc st case on me which was done by a converted christian Can I get relief from this case ? As she is converted christian

hi first need to see the contents of the complaint given by her and if the contents and allegations are false and denied then you could file quash petition in high court to quash the case as ot is based on all false allegations

if you are able to prove that she belongs to the Christian religion, then you can easily get rid of the case. you are advised to secure evidence as to her church goings/way of worshipping/ recently held functions like death, birth, marriage or any customary functions etc., to prove her faith of Christianity.
