Can a case be filed if I married someone being a gay

can my wife file a criminal prosecution against me if i married her inspite of being gay?
The marriage can be declared as void if you have married inspite of being gay yes your wife can file a case for declaring the marriage as void for you being gay under various marriage acts you wife has all the rights to file the case and she has to prove to the court through a medical report that your are gay

She can file a case under domestic violence act for causing cruelty. As regards a criminal case under S.377 INDIAN PENAL CODE, depends on the verdict of the Supreme Court since a public interest litigation is pending before the court.
