Can a Arrest been made in 323 and 506 if the fir is filed by the polic

A fit has been lodged under sec 323 and 506 and I have already applied for bail hearing is after two days can police come and arrest me from my home or office till bail is heard
Yes police can arrest you from any location u work/stay...my suggestion is that just stay away till it Bail application is heard and Bail is granted by court...once ur Bail is granted then you can and after that apply for regular Bail. Thanks for contacting LawRatoPartner.
