I am accused in one criminal case and I m on bail, now I want to give bail of another person in some other criminal case. Can I give this ?
Can a woman give bail (if her property papers on her name) to a criminal man.
Yes,
you can become surety to another person Because you did not have been convicted.Woman can become surety to any person.Surety can be any person.There is no such criteria provided in criminal procedure code.
