Can a wife file 498A or any other criminal charges against her husband's girlfriend ? Will the police register such a complaint ?
How can the girlfriend protect herself in such a situation ??
No, Sec 498-A of IPC cannot be filed against your Husband's GF. Even not, when your GF is living with your Husband & as such, your GF is physically and mentally abusing you, torturing you. Sec 498-A can be filed against Husband and In-Laws by a Married Woman.
