By using Quashing FIR cancelled.. I will get Job by UPSC exam

Using under 482 section.and also having compromised affidavit from petitioner. Quashing and cancel my FIR. Now I will get a UPSC exam job or any other problems there??

Hi have you already quashed the FIR or are you trying to quash the FIR? What are the Sections in the FIR? When was the FIR filed? Pls share more details regarding the case so that it will be easier for me to help you. Good luck

You have to approach High Court to Quash your FIR under 482 direction and then only you can apply for a Government job. while applying for UPSC its website will ask whether any case is pending against you. so if you dont get the FIR quashed then it is a big problem in future even if you pass UPSC exam.
