Hello, You can recover the money through recovery suit. In case there is a fixed sum of money, the same can be recovered by filing summary suit under the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 which is aimed at recovering the fixed sum of money in a short period of time. It’s advisable that you obtain bank verified statement which will be needed to be filed along with the suit before the court well in time.

The very first step is to send a legal notice through an advocate. Secondly, you can file a complaint under 420 IPC This works in most cases. If not, then file a suit for money recovery. If you want i can help you with drafting a legal notice.

Hi there, we can categorise these transactions as friendly loans. It's good that all transactions are done via UPI as it's proof of payment. In order to recover from him the amount paid we have to file a recovery suit. It's advisable to contact me and provide details as to transactions to find an appropriate solution for you.

To recover loaned money from a friend via a court case in India, gather evidence (UPI transaction proof, communication records), send a legal notice through a lawyer, file a money recovery suit in the appropriate civil court, and be prepared for court proceedings. If there was an element of deliberate deception from the start, you may also file a criminal complaint for cheating. Rest We can discuss over call for better understanding
