Buyer unwilling to transfer ownership of vehicle, after sale

I sold a motorcycle to a person with an agreed deal of Rs35,000. The sale was done in Hyderabad in a public place for safety reasons.This person is still in touch since 5 months, but clearly has been avoiding transferring the ownership of the vehicle. He neither is letting me do it by providing his documents, nor is he interested to do it himself. Just constant excuses. nI want to clear my liability from any misuse of the motorcycle. Seeking legal advice for the same.

put a letter to the rta authorities for the cancellation of the registration of the vehicle and remove the vehicle on your name. better do is fast before the misuse of the vehicle. send letter with your vehicle records.
