Business partner fraudulently took out personal account details

I am having some trouble with my business partner in my company. Recently he used his personal approach by his father who is in police to get my personal bank account statement.is there any legal action i can take against him?
dear, taking anybody's personal information and misusing is wrong and criminal without his consent but you need to make it clear that if that information has been taken by a fake name or using your signature ? if so , certainly you can sue him and get him book for offence. it does not matter what ever post or position he or his family member has ?
