Bullying in college by lab partner

My lab partner bullies me in college .We are both 19 years old.Details of the bullying - 1)shouting /being mean 2)telling the teacher that I don't do any work and hence the teacher giving me 7/10 instead of 10/10(happened once) 3)ordering me to do his work 4)out of frustration snatching the disc(a lab equipment )from my hand)(happened once) Can any legal action be taken? He has never laid hands on me But once he snatched(read 4) And he orders me to do his work(read 3)

You can complain to your teacher or principal regarding the said behaviour by your lab partner and request for another lab partner to be assigned to you. If the bullying does not stop or escalates, and no steps are taken by college despite complaint, then you should approach the nearest police station and lodge a complaint in writing describing in detail the acts of bullying.
