Bullying In College By A Lab Partner

I am being bullied in college by my lab partner.We both are 19 year old male. Details of the bullying:- 1)shouting/being mean 2)telling the teacher that I don't work and thus the teacher giving me 7/10 instead of 10/10(happened once) 3)out of frustration snatching a disc(a lab equipment) from my hand. (Happened once) 4)ordering me to do his work. What do you think should be done? And which of the above 4 are illegal ?and i can take legal action?

if you are facing bullying by college and teachers or staff, so you can take legal action against said people you have to file a complaint against said people kindly contact me and let me know more about your case and situation so I can help you

Hello there... you can surely take legal action.. but in this case I would suggest you to talk to your parents and the head of the department and the matter should be discussed and am sure the college will take deciplinenary action and your issues will be resolved. If the issue is still not resolved you can contact a lawyer in your concerned District Court.. best wishes
