if police found no evidence they can file a final report in comtemprory the defacto complainant can approach the court of law under section 200 crpc for filing private complaint or protest claiming and producing evidence under section 164 crpc

Dear,

If the police upon investigation, finds no evidence against the accused, they can file final report which is otherwise called closure report in the court and the court will close the case. However, it is the right of the complainant to know the status of the case and if the police closes the FIR without any intimation to the complainant, the complaint can file a protest petition in the court and pray the court to take cognizance of the case.

Your sign is not necessary. Once the murder case is filed after taken in to cognizance the court may call for your evidence after completion of evidence the case be ended with conviction or acquittal

yes, it can be close with out the signature of the complainant. but before closing the case, it requires issuing notice to the complaint. reference case "bhagwat singh vs commissioner of the police and another,1985 AIR 1285,SCR(3) 942". if it is in state of Andhrapradesh , police issue notice under form no 70 of the AP Police manuals. thank you.. have a good day..
