Brother in law provided false information in Matrimonial profile

Hi, my brother in law has cheated my sister by providing false date of birth in matrimonial profile and even in his AAdhar card. We now have full proof to prove that he had given wrong dob not only to us but even UIDAI. What is the best way to handle this and teach him a lesson.what will be the punishment for this fraud?

If you intent to get punishment to your brother in law for the cheating he has committed, may be you are also decided on the matter of a divorce, as after you take this matter to court you cannot expect them to live together peacefully thereafter. This is the first thing you need to decide.

Hi... u can file a private complainant before jurisdictional court for forgery , fraud against him and if you give the same information to uidai they will cancel his adhar card and they will take action against him. Thank you
