My sister husband got second married after my sister dead,, my sister's husband also suicide after two month of second married, now the second wife put a case on us under ipc 306, though we have no connection with my sister husband after the death of my sister

Firstly,if you have any apprehension that there is a chance of arrest,apply for an anticipatory bail .
The copy of the f.i.r must also be collected to see the case that has been filed.
