Brother in law arrested in non bailable case how to come out of this

My brother in low has been arrested on 5 days ago without any causes only some political suggestion .He is suffering from the Section 326 of the IPC is non cognizable, is non bailable so pls suggest me how to come out from that situation that i am facing....
MY OPINION THAT your bother-in-law is arrested u/sec 326 IPC without any particular cause, basically for political reason according to your version and still 5 years he is under custody, so it very urgent to require his bail, under proper guidance & legal help,contact with me immdiately.

Dear Sir, perused your query in details. Non bailable offence does not mean that he will not get bail. He can be enlarged on bail, but that depends on the discretion of the Court. You need to apply for bail before the court.
