Brother committed suicide because girl threatened to file complaint

my brother had committed suicide on 04th april because a girl threatened to file a complaint against him for the abuse which he made 2 years back ,when he was not mentally well.He was also taking the treatment for schizophrenia till the time of incident.Can a case under IPC 305 be charged on this ?
