Breach of trust by relative for vehicle loan

18-Feb-2023 (In Criminal Law)
one of my cousin brother purchased bike through availing two-wheeler loan on my address proof. Now, he denies paying EMI and traffic challans, whose messages are being received on my mobile. I know where he do lives. I just want to get his bike seized on account of defaulting EMI. Do I need to report interim FIR against him? Please advice

First of all file a written complaint with the police station of your area mentioning all your grievances. You can also write to bank regarding this default and get it seized. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
