Why breach of marriage promise end in acquittal. why there is no punishment for a guy who lured a girl in the pretext of marriage promise. where Madhya pradesh high court said women's body is not a mans playing thing, but some court found it to be not an offence and free him from the case also if the man has intention to marry a girl its not cheating because man can change mind later .if its not to be included in rape then there should be punishment for luring a girl.
Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about the fact that why the boys are left acquittal when they make false promises or marry a girl and later leave hopelessly, its been curse to our Indian society that men always play with the feelings and emotions and also physically. in some cases we try to put charges of rape and which are proved them accused at the end, but sometimes they are been acquittal.

it is the interpretation of the law which decides if the benefit of doubt is to be given to the accused or not along with the evidence produced before the Judge.
thus, if you feel that it is wrong then you have to file petition in Supreme court and convince the Supreme court to change the mentality to acquit the accused in such cases.
